Plumbing & HVAC

Pipe burst at 2 a.m.? Somebody picks up.

We answer your after-hours and overflow calls, text back missed calls, sort the real emergencies, and book the rest while you're on a roof or under a house.

Tally is an AI assistant. It says so at the start of every call and asks before recording.

Where leads slip away

Three moments you already know.

9:40 p.m., Tuesday.

A homeowner with a real problem gets your voicemail. They call the next company on Google.

On the job.

Your hands are full and your phone buzzes three times. By lunch, two of those callers have booked somebody else.

The web form.

It came in Saturday. You saw it Monday. They'd already hired someone.

Talk to Tally

Hear your after-hours line.

Try saying

“My pipe just burst.”
“My furnace stopped and it's 20 degrees out.”
“Can someone look at my garage door tomorrow?”

Quick demo. Tally answers as your business, built from your site. About 3 minutes.

What it handles

What it handles

  • Answers calls, texts and web forms day and night. Missed calls get a text back.
  • Asks your approved questions: the problem, address, ZIP, urgency, how they found you.
  • Checks your service area by ZIP and books into your calendar or route.
  • Emergencies: for a gas smell, fire, flooding or a carbon monoxide alarm, the caller is told to call 911 or the gas company now. Then your on-call tech is flagged.
  • No diagnosis and no firm quotes, unless you approve a price list.
  • Any caller can ask for a person. They get transferred if someone is free, or a callback.

FAQ

Plumbing & HVAC questions

Will it tell my customer a price?

Only if you give us an approved price list. Otherwise it says the tech will quote on site, and books the visit.

What happens with real emergencies?

For a gas smell, fire, flooding or carbon monoxide, the caller is told to call 911 or the gas company right away. Then your on-call person gets an urgent text with the details.

Can I keep my business number?

Yes. You forward after-hours or unanswered calls to your Tallbell line. Your number stays yours. [PLACEHOLDER: setup method, to confirm]

My trade isn't listed. Will it work?

Probably. If your customers call with a problem and you book a visit, it fits. Talk to Tally, then let's talk.
