Straight answers about the demo, how Tally handles your calls, the pilot and your data.
Tally is an AI assistant. It says so at the start of every call and asks before recording.
It's a quick demo built from your public website in a few seconds. It knows a few facts, not your whole business. With your real knowledge base, calendar and integrations, Tally gets even better and smoother.
So you can keep your Tally. We email a private link that stays live for 7 days, so your team can try it too, plus the recap of your call. No list, no selling.
We keep a transcript for 30 days so we can send your recap. We don't keep the audio. You agree before the call starts.
Talk to Tally and judge for yourself. It uses a natural voice, talks the way your office talks, and says up front that it's an AI assistant.
It answers only from information you've approved. It never diagnoses, quotes a firm price (unless you give us a price list) or promises timing. When it's unsure, it takes a message or passes the caller to your team.
Yes to both. Every call opens by saying it's an AI assistant and asking if recording is OK. Some states require everyone on the call to agree, so we ask everyone. If the caller says no, the call isn't recorded and they get a callback instead.
Yes. Any caller can ask for your team. During business hours, we transfer when someone is free. Otherwise we take a callback request. After hours, urgent calls follow your on-call rules, and everyone else gets booked or a callback first thing in the morning.
No. Leads, notes and bookings go into the CRM you already use: by direct connection where one exists, by email-to-lead, or by a simple connector. No CRM? We set one up, and it's yours.
Start with a 30-day pilot on your real calls, with no long contract. If you continue, the pilot is credited in full toward setup, then it's monthly. Or stop at day 30 and keep the report. Exact pricing goes in your written proposal.
No. Outbound calls and texts go only to people who gave documented consent for that kind of contact, usually the consent box on your form. Marketing follow-up needs written consent. Every text includes STOP to opt out, and "stop calling me" is honored right away. Callbacks happen between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the lead's time zone.
Yes. Your leads, recordings, transcripts and reports belong to you and live in your systems. If you leave, you take everything, and we delete our copies within [PLACEHOLDER: deletion window, to confirm]. We never sell or share your data.
Start with 30 days on your real calls. You approve every word Tally says.
