FAQ

Snow removal questions

Will Tally quote prices?

Only if you approve a price list. Then Tally can share those prices. If not, it takes the details and you give the quote yourself. Tally never makes up a price.

Will Tally promise a time for my crew?

No. Tally never promises a time or a crew. It takes the details, marks the call urgent if your rules say so, and your team calls back.

What happens on an urgent call, like an ice dam leak?

Tally marks it urgent and emails your team when the call ends. It never says when a crew will come. If someone is hurt or in danger, it tells them to call 911.

Can Tally take seasonal contract requests?

Yes. Tally asks your questions, like road or lot size, walkways and when to start. Your team gets the details by email and sends the quote.

What if we're already booked out?

If you tell Tally you're full, it says so kindly. It still takes their address and details and emails them to your team, so you can call back if a spot opens. It never promises a time.

What about cabin owners who live out of town?

Tally asks the questions you choose, like access notes and whether anyone is on site. You get it all in an email after the call, with their best number to call back.

What about summer?

On a monthly Answer or Book plan, you can cancel any time. Or keep Tally on. The same Tally can answer your off-season calls too, like lawn care or roof repair, using the info and questions you approve.

You plow. Tally gets the phone.
