How does the free trial work?
Your free trial lasts 14 days from the day you sign up, with up to 50 calls. Calls under 20 seconds don't count. Calls you mark as spam, and calls from the phone or business number you gave us, don't count. You add a card, but pay $0 today. When your 14 days end, we charge your card automatically: $149 a month for Answer or $299 a month for Book, until you cancel. Yearly plans ($1,490 or $2,990) are paid up front then, and renew each year until you cancel. They're not refundable, except as stated in our Terms. Cancel online before your 14 days end and you pay $0. You'll see the exact date at checkout.
What counts as a call?
Any call that lasts 20 seconds or more. Shorter calls, like quick hang-ups, don't count toward your plan's calls or your 50 trial calls. Calls you mark as spam, and calls from the phone or business number you gave us, don't count.
What if I get more calls than my plan?
Going over your plan never stops Tally from answering. Each extra call over your plan is 50 cents. A call over 8 minutes counts as 2 calls. If a bigger plan would fit you better, we'll tell you.
Will I be charged early if I use my 50 calls?
We never charge you early. Your plan starts when your 14 days end, unless you cancel online before then.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time. It starts right away with more calls, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades start on your next bill. Grow has a 3-month minimum, so a move down from Grow starts after month 3. During a free trial, you can switch between Answer and Book and your trial keeps going. Moving to Grow ends the trial and starts Grow billing that day, with its 3-month minimum. On a yearly plan, an upgrade charges the difference now. A downgrade, or a switch to monthly, starts when your year renews, with no refund. Going from monthly to yearly starts now, with credit for the unused part of your month.
Can I cancel a yearly plan?
Yearly plans give you 2 months free. You pay for the year up front. It's not refundable, except as stated in our Terms. Cancel any time, and it won't renew.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Keep your number. The app shows you how to forward your calls, step by step.
What if my calendar isn't on your list?
Tally can book into a simple calendar we host, and it shows up on your phone. Or we can build a custom calendar link to your tool for a one-time cost, from $500. It's free on a yearly plan.
