A caller asks about the 10 AM lake kayak tour for two. Tally says it's an AI, checks Bookeo and sees open seats. It reads back the date, the time, the people and the total, and the caller says yes.
Tally makes the booking in your Bookeo. It shows up there as booked by Tally on the phone. You get an email about it. Nobody had to stop and pick up.

How it works
1. The call, in your Tally app
Tally answers, checks open seats in Bookeo and only offers times with room. It reads back the details before it books. After the call, you see a short summary in your Tally app, and you get an email.
2. The booking, in your Bookeo
If you let Tally book, the booking shows up in your Bookeo, marked as booked by Tally on the phone. If you chose to confirm each one yourself, Tally holds the seats instead. The hold has a note with the caller's first name and phone number, so you can call them to confirm. If you don't confirm it in time, Tally frees the seats and lets you know. Your email shows the exact time.
What Tally can do

- Some Bookeo tours need you to accept each booking. For those, Tally tells the caller you'll confirm soon.

- Takes a message when a group is too big, or when a caller wants to change or cancel.

How do I connect Bookeo?
No app to install. On the Connections page in the Tally app, press Connect with Bookeo and sign in to your Bookeo account. Then pick which tours Tally may book.
Does Tally book on its own right away?
It's up to you. Tally can book for you, or it can hold the seats and tell you so you confirm it yourself.
How does the guest pay?
Tally never takes a card or payment on the phone. The guest pays the way you've set up in Bookeo, like paying on arrival or a payment request you send from Bookeo. If you let Tally share prices, it tells the caller the total that Bookeo shows.
Does Tally ask the caller for an email?
Only if your Bookeo needs one. If it does, Tally asks once and reads it back. If Tally has the email, Bookeo sends its normal confirmation. If not, the caller gets nothing by email, so you have their name and number to reach them.
What happens to a held spot I don't confirm?
Tally saves the seats for 24 hours, or 12 hours if the trip is today. It always lets them go at least 1 hour before the start. Your email shows the exact time. If you don't confirm by then, Tally frees the seats and tells you. Tally doesn't tell the caller, so call them if you can't fit them in.
Can Tally change or cancel a booking?
No. Tally takes a message and emails your team, so you can make the change in Bookeo.
Which plan do I need?
Book ($299 a month) or higher. Answer ($149 a month) takes calls and messages, but it can't book.
