Roof snow & ice dams

First big storm? Your phone won't stop. We'll pick up.

Built for roof snow and ice dam crews in snow country. We answer the storm-day surge, flag active leaks, and fill your route while your crew is shoveling.

Tally is an AI assistant. It says so at the start of every call and asks before recording.

Storm days break voicemail.

6 a.m., three feet overnight.

Everyone calls at once. Your voicemail fills up before you've had coffee.

Water is dripping into a living room. They need someone tonight or tomorrow, and they'll book whoever answers.

They're three states away, worried about their cabin's roof. They call from work, get no answer, and try the next name on the list.

Talk to Tally

Hear a storm-day call.

Try saying

“There's water dripping under an ice dam.”
“Can you clear my roof before Thursday's storm?”
“I own a cabin up there, but I live out of state.”
“Do you do seasonal contracts?”

Quick demo. Tally answers as your business, built from your site. About 3 minutes.

What it handles

What it handles

  • Answers storm-day calls as they come in, with a target of under 60 seconds. Missed calls get a text back.
  • Asks your questions: address, roof type, pitch, access, snow depth, signs of leaks, and whether the owner is on site.
  • Checks your service area by ZIP.
  • Sorts active leaks to the top and flags your on-call person. Builds the route list or a storm-day waitlist for the rest.
  • Safety script, approved by you: if the roof is sagging, cracking or making loud noises, the caller is told to get everyone out and call 911.
  • Captures interest in seasonal contracts. No firm quotes unless you approve a price list.

The 30-day pilot

Start before the storm, not during it.

Setup takes about a week. Texting registration takes another 10–15 days, and calls and email work in the meantime. So the best time to start is before the first big storm. If you continue, the pilot is credited in full toward setup.

FAQ

Snow crew questions

What if I'm already booked out?

It doesn't promise dates you can't keep. It can run a waitlist, take details for the next opening, and tell callers honestly when to expect you.

Can it handle out-of-town owners?

Yes. It captures gate codes, access notes and the best way to reach them, and sends confirmations by text or email.

Will it quote my prices?

Only from a price list you approve. Otherwise it books the visit and you quote on site.

What about summer?

Stop at day 30 if your season ends. Many crews also do other off-season work, and the same setup can answer those calls. [PLACEHOLDER: seasonal pause option, to confirm]
